Jessily Ramirez-Mendoza


Jessily partners with teams in the Americas and Europe to translate knowledge into actionable insights
for the implementation and iterative improvement of the patient-centered learning healthcare system.

Drawing from her 15-year trajectory as a resilient healthcare manager, researcher, implementer, and
knowledge broker, she positions teams to design and implement AI in the clinical workflow. With
expertise in collaborative innovation and implementation science, she routinely facilitates the
interdisciplinary co-creation of human-centered AI solutions to improve healthcare.

Jessily is based in New York City and stewards a portfolio of high-impact projects and partnerships to
improve care at Boston Children’s Hospital; including complex multi-year, multi-site, national, and
international projects in quality improvement research and implementation. She has also led
collaborative consensus initiatives to define and implement standard sets of patient-reported outcome
measures (PROMs). Through her work with the International Consortium for Health Outcomes
Measurement and la Fédération Hospitalière de France, she has orchestrated initiatives alongside health
system leadership, clinical teams, academia, researchers, startups, associations, boards of directors,
community and philanthropic partners.

Jessily earned an International Master of Public Health from L’École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique
(Paris, France), in Advanced Biostatistics and Epidemiology, and a Master in Public Health and Health
Management from La Escuela Andaluza de Salud Pública (Granada, Spain). She is fluent in English,
Spanish and French.
