Micky Fokken
Micky Fokken is the Director of Evaluation and Program development within Network Development & Innovation at Children’s Health, a multi-faceted children’s health system in Dallas, Texas. He is passionate about improving healthcare through digital innovation. He leadsthe Children’s Health Innovation Program, where his team facilitates processes for exploring and executing internal and external innovative opportunities. He also oversees program development, evaluation, grants management, and portfolio management for the Network Development and Innovation division.
Working at Children’s Health since 2010, he has also served in leadership roles in HR and the Learning Institute, leading the performance improvement and HR analytics programs.
Prior to Children’s Health, Micky worked for eInstruction, an education technology company. He holds a BS and MS in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas, along with a MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Birmingham at Alabama.
